What You Bring to the Table:
✔️ 5+ years leading large commercial projects as a Superintendent
✔️ Proven success delivering $20M+ builds with strategic oversight
✔️ OSHA Certification + advanced safety credentials
✔️ Strong technical acumen across drawings, specs, and logistics
✔️ Fluent in Microsoft Office, BlueBeam, MS Project/Primavera/Phoenix
✔️ BIM experience a plus
✔️ Exceptional communicator, leader, and problem-solver
