Staffmark is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family construction projects across Louisiana and Mississippi. This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established company where your leadership and technical skills will make an immediate impact.
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in multi-family construction
Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting job specs
Skilled in operating construction equipment
Valid driver’s license required
Willingness to travel for project sites across LA & MS
Strong organizational and communication skills
OSHA certification
CDL license
Position Details
Oversee daily site operations and ensure safety, quality, and deadlines are met
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers
Monitor project progress and report updates
Enforce compliance with safety and building regulations
Maintain clear documentation and site records
