Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Superintendent at RoSa Construction Inc. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring safety compliance, and managing project timelines and budgets within the San Francisco Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth site operations
Manage material procurement and deliveries
Ensure the highest standards of quality control and site cleanliness
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Procore and other construction management software
Strong experience in Construction Site Management , Project Management , and Organizational Skills
Knowledge and implementation of Construction Safety
Budgeting experience in construction projects
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience in the commercial construction sector is
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is
