Pacific Northwest & Mountain West | Competitive Pay & Benefits The Opportunity A respected commercial builder is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on projects ranging from $10M–$50M. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment and enjoys seeing projects through from ground-up to closeout. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and field teams Manage and update construction schedules and forecasts Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and site logistics Enforce project-specific and OSHA safety protocols Ensure quality control and adherence to local building codes Serve as the main point of contact on-site for project stakeholders What You Bring 5+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial builds OSHA 30 certification Strong communication and leadership skills Proven track record building and managing construction schedules Knowledge of local code compliance and inspection processes Ground-up experience preferred Public Works background.
