Roers Companies, a leader in the development and management of multifamily residential projects, is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee our construction operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the delivery of sustainable and quality living environments, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee daily construction operations on multiple job sites, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, establish effective communication and mechanisms for resolving conflicts. Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to guarantee safety and ensure specifications are met. Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other construction documents. Schedule and estimate the timing of various aspects of the project, manage deadlines and timelines. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Implement quality control measures and manage budget and purchasing as needed. Prepare and submit project reports, update stakeholders on construction status. Strong leadership and personnel management skills. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant codes, regulations, and quality standards. Excellent organizational, project management, and planning skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD). Ability to communicate and report effectively (written and verbal). Problem-solving ability, especially in demanding and difficult situations.
