Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractor activities • Work with project managers to develop and maintain construction schedules • Monitor site safety, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications • Review and approve site documentation including requisitions, invoices, and purchase orders • Provide regular progress updates including site activity and client communication xywuqvp Ideal Candidate Profile: • 5+ years experience as a lead superintendent on large multi-family construction projects • Experience delivering projects around 100,000 sq ft or larger • Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and site teams • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software Application Process Submit resume to
