Construction Superintendent Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent that specializes in multi-family construction to oversee the ground-up construction of apartment buildings in Raleigh, NC! This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity! Duties: Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure deadlines Maintaining a daily log of job site activities, timesheets, e-mails on iPad etc. Managing and coordinating the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner Establishing and maintaining all dimensional controls for the project Managing changes in project scope Managing the punch list to assure timely completion Scheduling subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion Performing job progress and completion punch list identification and completion Managing and overseeing company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs Compensation: Annual salary between $110,000 - $140,000 Gas card M/V/D benefits PTO Holidays iPad/laptop, phone Qualifications: Must have at least 8 years of multi-family construction Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, as well as advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control Proficient in MS Office programs, and Procore OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings Trillium Construction Services has been recruiting and hiring construction and skilled trades talent for over 30 years.
