Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in commercial construction and 2+ years of experience working with local government construction projects. We welcome bilingual candidates.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule trade/subcontractors, material/equipment deliveries, and project progress Ensure compliance with contract documents, scope of work, project schedules, and specifications Maximize production, eliminate disruptions, and avoid downtime Comprehend all scopes of work and aid in dispute resolution Implement and enforce safety and quality control policies and procedures Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction 2+ years of experience working with local government construction projects Bilingual candidates preferred but not required Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to comprehend complex scopes of work and resolve disputes Knowledge of safety and quality control policies and procedures Ability to maximize production and avoid disruptions Familiarity with project schedules and documentation Commitment to client satisfaction and project quality Some of the benefits include: Health insurance 401k w/ match up to 5% Two weeks of PTO
