Construction Superintendent We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent to lead an 11-story multi-family renovation project in Detroit, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, controlling timelines, scheduling, and ensuring safety initiatives are upheld. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects as the lead superintendent. Oversee subcontractor management and ensure project timelines are met. Control scheduling and implement safety initiatives. Handle site preparation and civil work, including underground utilities, land clearing & grading, and survey & layout. Essential Skills Proven ability to manage commercial construction projects as a lead superintendent. 7-10 years of general contractor superintendent experience. Experience managing projects ranging from $7M-$50M. Site preparation and civil work experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with multi-family, mixed-use, or elder living projects, 3-4 stories. Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam. Ground-up project experience. Work Environment The role requires onsite management in Detroit, MI, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This is a salaried position with 40-hour work weeks and includes a $500/month car allowance. The project is expected to start in mid-March 2026, after which the candidate will transition to the next project. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bloomfield, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $57.70/hr.
