Job Description Lead all on-site construction activity from start through close-out Manage subcontractors and enforce site safety protocols (OSHA standards) Maintain and adjust production schedules, quality control plans, and scopes of work Serve as a primary liaison among project managers, clients, engineers, and other stakeholders Proactively resolve design, schedule, and compliance issues in real time Ensure all work meets regulatory and facility-specific standards (e.g. clean rooms, equipment installs) MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
