Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews on residential construction projects.
- Oversee installation of WRB, furring, siding, framing, and other components.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies.
- Interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications, ensuring all areas are followed.
- Order materials, coordinate deliveries, and work with estimator on shortages.
- Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor job progress, manage punch lists, ensure quality control, with a timely completion on budget.
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and efficiently.
- Train and mentor team members and laborers.
- Strong expertise in general construction techniques.
- 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience preferred in construction Environment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
- Solid understanding of residential building codes and job site safety.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
