Key responsibilities include overseeing all assigned construction projects, ensuring customer and client satisfaction, working with construction management to achieve goals, monitoring project schedules and budgetary requirements, and ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work. Position Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, previous construction management experience, project management professional (PMP) certification preferred, excellent organizational and leadership skills, ability to meet production goals and maintain profitability, and effective written and oral communication. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies include exposure to extreme conditions, ability to walk and/or stand for long periods, ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights, exposure to loud noise levels, and ability to successfully complete a background check. Compensation: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
