Build your future with a company that is shaping skylines and communities!  Talis Group’s client is a local, well-established and growing real estate development firm known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. They are searching for Site and Finishing Construction Supervisors to be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of site work for new, Class A multi-family construction developments.  With projects lined up for the next 5 – 10 years, these are expected to be long-term positions.
Salary range: $85 – 110K + full benefits package
HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES: Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis. The Site supervisor will oversee and coordinate all civil work including grading, excavation, trenching, paving, utility installation, and soil compaction. Then comes the finishing stages including coordination of schedule, sequencing of contractors and vendors, overseeing the punch crew, and ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. Supervise the labor force, monitoring subcontractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control. Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing to budgets, and monitoring progress. Report on-site activities and resolve site-level challenges.
Highlighted Requirements: 3+ years of site supervision experience in real estate or civil construction projects. Experience managing construction of multi-family communities, a plus. Strong knowledge of construction earthwork, grading, paving and utilities installation, materials, and regulations. -AND/OR- Experience overseeing finishing work from drywall installation, scheduling punch teams, completing inspections to handover to owner. Ability to manage teams and ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met. Ability to interpret plans, specifications, and technical drawings. Proficiency with Procore Construction Management Software Valid driver’s license and relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid/CPR) preferred.
