Role: Site Supervisor Salary: $165K - $180K Location: Bridgehampton, NY We’re seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead the on-site execution of high-end, single-family residential projects in The Hamptons, with build values reaching $20M+. This is a unique opportunity to join a team committed to craftsmanship, architectural excellence, and meticulous attention to detail. As the on-site leader, you'll be responsible for managing every stage of construction—from ground-breaking to final handover. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, oversee quality control, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure each custom home meets the highest standards of design and construction. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all phases of luxury residential construction Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews Maintain construction schedules and control budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Enforce exceptional quality standards, job site safety, and craftsmanship Interpret architectural drawings and ensure code compliance Serve as the primary on-site liaison with clients, architects, and internal teams Maintain accurate site documentation, reporting, and communication Lead final inspections, manage punch lists, and resolve outstanding issues Experience Required: 5+ years of supervisory experience in high-end residential construction Proven track record managing single-family home projects valued at $10M–$30M+ Deep knowledge of building techniques, luxury finishes, and construction best practices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple workflows and trades efficiently Familiarity with Hamptons-style architecture is highly desirable APPLY today for immediate consideration!
