Job Overview Top Knox Pools is seeking a driven and adaptable Construction Supervisor to join our growing team in the residential swimming pool construction industry. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating field labor, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety are upheld. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To- Supervise all on-site construction activities from start to finish.- Coordinate with team members, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.- Monitor and maintain jobsite safety in accordance with company policies and regulations.- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations.- Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff regarding job progress and updates.- Maintain detailed documentation of jobsite activities and material usage.- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and problem-solving as needed.

Qualifications- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, with supervisory experience required.- High School diploma or GED.- Strong leadership and organizational skills.- A self-starter with a willingness to learn and the ability to teach others.- Adaptable and responsive in dynamic jobsite conditions.- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Work Schedule- Monday - Friday- Full-Time, 40+ hours per week

Work Location- Onsite - Primarily within the Greater Eastern TN area with travel required based on project demands.
