Construction Surveillance Technician II gTANGIBLE Corporation (gTC) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a government contractor providing services and solutions in national security programs, professional, administrative, and management support. We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Construction Surveillance Technician II. Position Title: Construction Surveillance Technician II Location: Bedford, MA (On-Site/Office) Security Clearance Level: Interim Secret clearance to start and be willing and able to obtain up to a TS/SCI with Counterintelligence polygraph. Duties and Responsibilities: Assesses, identifies and communicates recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems. Identifies threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks. Manages uniformed escort personnel and associated logs; assigns, trains, briefs site security duties and ensures timely reporting of security incidents to site lead. Follow and enforce customers' Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative. Shall conduct inspections of materials being delivered for utilization in construction of secure spaces. Will photograph and continuously monitor the construction of secure spaces and document all steps in order to support final accreditation packets. Provide leadership, mentoring, and oversight of team members. Knowledge and Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of related experience or 7-9 years of related experience without a degree. Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) counts towards 3 years of experience. Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience. Maximum equivalent experience for SPED Certifications is no more than 5 years. Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training (if performing personnel security functions). Desired Experience: Knowledgeable on Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 (on SCIFs and compliance with uniform IC physical and technical security requirements). Complete additional safety training and/or certification as required by local site (i.e., OSHA 10 Construction Safety, OSHA Fall Protection and OSHA Confined Space) within the first 30 days of hire. Must obtain CDSE STEPP ICD 705 Physical Security Construction Requirements for SAP course completion within the first 30 days of hire. Equal Opportunity Employer.
