Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Part time to start Lead Construction Tech to join our team. In this role, you will oversee techs on various projects. You will provide training and oversight as well as be on the ground with them working. We do both onsite projects in residential as well as work orders for break fix for corporate buildings. Also would prefer you have the ability to project manage if needed to make you full time. This job requires you to drive all around San Diego and sometimes to Orange county/LA County but not very common outside San Diego.

Qualifications

• Please be well rounded. Capable of doing most trades (no electrical is fine)
• Please have your own tools
• Have 5 years or more experience.
• Have project management experience.

We are a small family run business in San Diego. We are growing fast and have opportunity to grow with us. This is part time to start but as I said we are growing fast and could become full time very soon.
