Job Description

Oversee day-to-day construction activities on large-scale tilt-wall and distribution center projects at various job sites nationwide. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and schedules to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality and safety standards. Serve as the primary on-site leader, managing teams and ensuring effective communication across all stakeholders. Monitor job site safety protocols and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Travel nationally to multiple project sites, adapting quickly to different environments and challenges. Maintain detailed daily reports, progress logs, and communicate updates to project management.

The Successful Applicant

You are an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in tilt-wall and industrial construction, comfortable managing multiple large-scale projects on the road. Self-motivated and highly organized, you excel at leading diverse teams in varied locations and thrive in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role. Excellent communication skills and a safety-first mindset are essential.
