Construction Worker Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Thursday) Perform carpentry duties, including framing and structural work Apply finishing techniques such as sanding, patching, and detailing Execute precise painting, including cut-in technique for clean edges Interpret and work from blueprints and building plans Accurately measure and mark materials using a tape measure Collaborate with crew members and site supervisors to meet project goals Construction Worker Qualifications: 1–3 years of construction experience (framing, carpentry, finishing, or painting) Must be able to read and interpret blueprints Proficient in the use of a tape measure and basic hand/power tools Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and follow instructions Must adhere to safety standards on all job sites Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred OSHA certification preferred Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
