The Candidate we seek will possess experience in our general contracting niche of multi-family reconstruction and renovation. Minimum Job Requirements Two years of experience in either carpentry or masonry Clean MVD OSHA 30 is highly preferred, not required. Learn and understand all safety hazards related to the work. Produce high-quality work safely and productively at all times. Must speak and understand English. Demonstrates the ability to work independently. Physical Requirements Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel-toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.) May reach above shoulder height and below the waist frequently. May stoop, kneel, or bend on an occasional basis. Move in and around confined, cluttered, and uneven areas. Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures. Will climb and maintain balance on steel/wood framework, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. Will lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds. On an occasional basis Work up to a 10-hour shift doing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outside conditions.
