*Position Summary:* We are seeking a dependable and hardworking *Construction Laborers and/or Carpenters* to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a solid understanding of construction practices, and experience with carpentry, framing, or general labor duties. This position supports a variety of commercial construction projects and requires reliability, safety awareness, and a team-first attitude.

*Key Responsibilities:* * Perform general construction labor tasks including site cleanup, material handling, and basic demolition * Assist carpenters with framing, trim work, drywall, siding, and other rough or finish carpentry tasks * Safely operate hand and power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.) * Measure, cut, and install wood and other building materials according to specifications * Read and interpret blueprints or follow verbal instructions from foremen and project managers * Load and unload materials and tools to and from job sites * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Follow all company safety policies and procedures * Complete assigned tasks efficiently with minimal supervision

*Qualifications:* * High School diploma or equivalent preferred * 1+ year of experience in construction or carpentry preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) * Reliable transportation to and from job sites * Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks * Basic understanding of construction safety standards * Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship * Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

*Additional Preferred Skills (Not Required):* * Experience in commercial construction * OSHA 10 or 30 certification * Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule: * Monday to Friday

License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred)
