Requirements for Construction: Willingness to work with your hands in a physical, fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of hand tools (tape measure, hammer, drill, etc.) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Valid driver s license and reliable transportation preferred Previous construction or remodeling experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities for Construction: Assist with various construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, and general labor Properly use and maintain hand tools and equipment Follow safety guidelines and protocols on job sites Lift and move materials as needed Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed accurately Learn new skills and techniques to advance in the construction industry Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to company policies and procedures for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction While Working for Essential Personnel: Weekly pay- direct deposit
