Job Overview
RCR Telecon LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction/Project Manager to lead small cell and OSP telecommunications projects throughout the Florida market. This hybrid role blends hands-on field leadership with strategic project oversight, ensuring that builds are executed safely, on time, and with the highest quality standards. You will coordinate crews, manage subcontractors, oversee permitting, and ensure seamless communication between field teams, clients, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of small cell and OSP construction projects, from pre-construction planning to close-out. Perform site walks, conduct field assessments, and create detailed material lists based on project scope. Secure permits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and jurisdictional standards. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clear communication. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PDF editing tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Manage multiple crews and subcontractors to meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Perform basic electrical evaluations and troubleshooting in the field when needed. Travel regularly within Central and Southeast Florida, with occasional travel to North Florida.
Qualifications
Proven experience in construction or project management within telecom, with a focus on small cell and/or OSP projects. Strong knowledge of permitting processes and jurisdictional compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and PDF editors. Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team. Basic electrical knowledge is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday Occasional evening or weekend work depending on project needs
