We specialize in murals, sculptures, architectural accents, and experiential activations that foster meaningful connections between organizations and people.

About UXD The UXD Creative Producer is responsible for translating creative ideas, client requests, and project components into clear objectives and detailed implementation plans, including timelines. They oversee projects from start to finish, manage budgets, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
We seek candidates with strong producer skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The role involves coordination with Client Services and Artist Relations, requiring initiative, teamwork, and individual excellence.
This is a hybrid role, combining remote work with occasional in-office hours.
About the Role Manage daily production tasks, including scoping, estimating, and building project schedules.
Handle project scope, budgets, resources, vendors, and locations.
Develop quality assurance processes and track deliverables to ensure clear communication across teams.
Manage schedules, vendors, and identify potential risks, troubleshooting as needed.
Build and maintain vendor relationships nationally to support scalable projects.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, multitasking, and prioritization in a dynamic environment.
Pay close attention to detail and manage workload effectively.
Communicate clearly and build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Think creatively and contribute new ideas.
Share a passion for the value and power of art.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years experience in production at a creative or experiential agency or similar environment
Responsibility for project quality and outcomes
Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Proven trustworthiness, critical thinking, and composure under stress
Willingness to work after hours and travel overnight
Ability to meet metrics and KPIs
Self-starter, adaptable, and driven by opportunity
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
