*Responsibilities*
* Onboard new customers and guide them through setup and initial training * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships * Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals and aligning solutions accordingly * Set up and optimize online profiles to ensure maximum client value * Drive and maintain client success and retention
*Skills and Experience*
* Proven track record in a customer-facing account management role * Sales experience, especially in client retention and upselling * Excellent communication skills, sales ability, and a strong customer service mindset * Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, open office environment * B.A, B.S or equivalent experience in relevant field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
