Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Construction Proposal & Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality marketing materials and proposals that effectively communicate our services and capabilities within the construction industry. This role combines marketing expertise with a strong understanding of construction processes, ensuring our bids and content stand out in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities Develop and write proposals for construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and deadlines. Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and web content, to promote our services. Conduct research on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance proposal strategies and marketing materials. Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to gather necessary information and articulate project benefits. Manage the bid process from start to finish, including coordinating timelines and ensuring timely submission of proposals. Utilize project management skills to oversee multiple bid submissions simultaneously and maintain organized records of all proposals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in content development and proposal writing within the construction industry. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies relevant to the construction sector. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proficiency in project management tools and techniques to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines. Familiarity with technical writing and the ability to translate technical information into accessible content.
