WHAT YOU WILL DO Direct fulfillment schedule to achieve require goals with PC management Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, good housekeeping policies, physical condition of PC inspecting equipment; correcting any issues that arise with equipment and production Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI's are met and/or exceeded Lead interview process to select high performing employees Monitor and review the performance of employees and organize necessary interventions for improvement Document substandard performance and make recommendations for termination of staff if necessary Manages 2-4 Warehouse Leads who supervise 30-50 employees in the Warehouse Shelving and Shipping Departments Work directly with department Leads to maintain workflow of production throughout the warehouse Supports employee morale, motivation and attendance thru policy orientation, training, and communication of rules and policies

YOU'LL BE EXCITED ABOUT THIS FULFILLMENT MANAGER ROLE BECAUSE You'll work in a fast-paced, high energy warehouse in a variety of different functions including driving continuous improvement throughout all departmental operations by focusing on safety, production goals, problem-solving, and team-building with your warehouse team members. You'll stay active throughout your entire shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment and will monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPI's are met and/or exceeded. WE'RE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO Have at least 3 years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 50 plus with a proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet their production goals. Have knowledge & experience in high volume pick & pack environments. Must have solid understanding of inventory management. Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics. Bring a positive and respectful attitude every day, while working independently and as a part of a team. Want to be coached and given feedback to become their best self. Are physically able to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting to 30 pounds, while keeping your body in constant motion.
