Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing and construction industry, with a specialization in granite countertops and cabinets. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, project performance, and informed strategic decision-making. Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) and data-driven tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
    • Collect, clean, and analyze data from production, logistics, sales, and installation departments.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business operations and leadership decisions.
    • Work hand-in-hand with upper management to ensure forecasts are precise, data-driven, and aligned with business goals; proactively identify risks, trends, and opportunities to inform strategic planning.
    • Identify patterns and trends in operational performance, material usage, production timelines, and cost structures.
    • Utilize AI-driven analytics tools and machine learning models to optimize forecasting, inventory, and scheduling processes.
    • Partner with manufacturing and construction teams to improve processes using data insights.
    • Monitor quality control metrics and production performance for continuous improvement.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for variances, delays, or quality issues.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, procurement, and project management to align data with business goals.
    • Present findings in clear, compelling reports and presentations to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Proficient with SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with AI applications and tools (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems in a manufacturing or construction setting is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of granite, stone fabrication, or similar manufacturing processes.
  • Understanding of supply chain and logistics in the construction industry.
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI/ML initiatives in a business environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
  • Schedule: 100% In-Office - MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexibility may be required based on project needs)
  • Compensation: $70,000$95,000 depending on experience
