Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of engineering and/or architectural principles.

Knowledge of construction standards.

Knowledge of various building codes and ADA guidelines.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.)

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)

Ability to communicate effectively.

Ability to visualize and design construction and renovation projects.

Ability to take a construction/renovation project from concept to completion.

Ability to schedule projects with a computer-based program. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture or related field.

Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of AutoCad and Revit.

Ability to produce design documents with CAD.

Two years of project management experience in a construction related field.
