Design Manager / Architect
to lead and oversee design projects from concept through construction. This role requires strong leadership, technical proficiency in
Revit , and the ability to coordinate across disciplines while managing client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, be well-versed in BIM workflows, and excel at translating design vision into buildable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules.
Develop and review design drawings, specifications, and construction documents in
Revit .
Oversee and coordinate the work of project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all phases, including construction administration.
Implement and manage BIM processes, ensuring model accuracy and coordination.
Collaborate closely with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve design and technical challenges.
Conduct regular design reviews to maintain quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, presenting design concepts and updates as needed.
Qualifications: Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
5–10 years of professional architecture experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or project management role.
Licensed Architect ( but not required).
Advanced proficiency in
Revit
and BIM workflows.
Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and detailing.
Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
