We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us elevate our digital presence and deliver a measurable impact. The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies that strengthen LiftOne's online presence and support business growth. With a primary focus on website and social media management, and ongoing SEO improvements, this role will also contribute to lead generation and brand awareness through content marketing, social media, email campaigns, PPC, and marketing automation. Collaborating closely with teams across marketing, business technology, sales and aftermarket leadership, the specialist will ensure digital experiences align with company objectives, building customer loyalty to increased leads and exceed customer expectations. Success in this role requires a data-driven mindset and a passion for using insights to continuously optimize performance, enhance engagement, and support pipeline growth by constantly adding new leads, and helping expand business with the current customer portfolio. Essential Functions Oversee, manage, and execute LiftOne's website content to enhance user experience, lead generation and relevance Conduct comprehensive keyword research and employ effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility Implement on-page optimization tactics such as optimizing meta tags, headings, internal linking, and image alt text for all website pages Monitor, analyze, and report on key website and SEO performance metrics, providing insights for ongoing improvements Manage technical SEO initiatives, including site speed optimization, mobile friendliness, and ensuring all web pages are crawlable and indexed by search engines Coordinate with the marketing team and content creators to ensure website and social media content aligns with LiftOne's branding, messaging, and SEO targets Coordinate with the digital agency making sure of local territory coverage for Google Business and other relevant updates that influence LiftOne's presence in searches, references, reviews, and overall activities LeadGen related Adapt and execute content strategies, including the creation and optimization of blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets Identify and pursue link-building opportunities to strengthen website authority and boost search rankings, supporting all business areas and different branches Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and resolve SEO issues, broken links, or outdated content Take on additional duties as assigned that contribute to the success and growth of digital marketing initiatives. Partner with Hyster-Yale to support and expand from their campaigns Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related area of study and a minimum of 5 years of progressively senior responsibilities as it relates to digital marketing, eCommerce, marketing, digital strategy, customer experience, or sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience Deep understanding of digital marketing and SEO practices, technologies, and applications Experience in B2B digital marketing environment is desired Demonstrated ability to execute innovative and results-focused digital marketing programs and campaigns consistent with marketing best practices Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills with advanced PowerPoint presentation skills Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, IT, BT, Sales, Legal, and HR Analytical skills to report KPIs and identify trends and challenges, using data to drive actionable customer-focused insights A high level of attention to detail and good organizational skills Able to interpret business needs into digital experience opportunities Must be passionate about user experience and demonstrate a willingness to stay up to date with an ever-changing list of best practices, new technologies and new ideas Computer Skills Successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator). Experience working in content management platforms (Wordpress) required. Knowledge of HTML / CSS, Javascript, Handlebars and Typescript required. Some prior experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot) is desired.
