What You Will Be Doing

Essential Qualifications

7-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years at a premier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional operations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Exceptional expertise in at least one key area: regulatory compliance navigation, physical construction management, systems implementation, or large-scale financial operations Highly structured approach to problem-solving with strong bias toward action and independent execution Authorization to work in the U.S. and willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time Proficiency with AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and accelerate implementation timelines

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
