Description
Lead and mentor a team of project managers, supervisors, and field personnel
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Oversee HR-related procedures, including recruitment, promotions, termination, and salary negotiations
Direct, review, and manage daily operations and estimating, project management, and field operations staff, focusing on safety, quality, and profitability
Effectively interpret operations staffing needs and communicate gaps to senior management
Establish, communicate, and evaluate progress toward field goals and benchmarks
Oversee equipment purchases and maintenance expenses
Monitor and update the global project schedule, managing labor and equipment resources.
Assisting COO with corporate initiatives as needed

A strong knowledge of construction concepts, scheduling, project planning, and customer relations is required.
