Key Accountabilities Lead development activities for specific North American projects, including design, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining operational standards.
Coordinate with Operations to align project standards and operational requirements.
Manage tenders for design and construction services.
Participate in resolving major incidents in the region.
Ensure compliance with standards during design, implementation, and testing phases.
Oversee onsite technical and construction activities.
Contribute to value engineering processes.
Manage OFCI and strategic supply chains during construction.
Maintain project documentation for tracking and reporting progress.
Interface with customer representatives to ensure requirement compliance.
Provide project updates internally and externally.
Support sales and strategy teams during customer onboarding.
Assist in lease negotiations and securing project financing.
Required Skills Extensive experience in data center construction or related fields, focusing on project management, site selection, and regulatory processes.
Previous senior management or leadership experience overseeing development projects.
Strong leadership skills for managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and vendor engagement.
Strategic and analytical mindset for land development planning.
Salary: $180,000 - $230,000 per yearNote: Compensation depends on individual skills, experience, education, and location.
