Construction Worker/Laborer

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring Construction Workers for commercial projects in the Fargo/Grand Forks area. The pay range is $23+ per hour based on experience. All construction workers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. Ultimate Job Duties

We’re looking for a dependable General Laborer to support day-to-day construction work on commercial job sites. This role involves a mix of general site maintenance and hands-on tasks related to steel stud framing and drywall work. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, adaptable, and ready to assist skilled tradespeople wherever needed. Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, especially with framing or drywall.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and techniques.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods.

Comfortable working at heights or in variable weather conditions, as needed.

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.

Must have reliable transportation to job sites.

Ultimate Construction Worker Requirements Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots)

Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance
