Are you a seasoned professional in earthwork and/or curb installation with a proven ability to lead crews and deliver high-quality results? We’re looking for a dedicated Construction Foreman to join the team and take charge of site operations with precision, leadership, and accountability.
Position Overview:
As a Foreman, you will oversee curb and earthwork projects from start to finish. You’ll be responsible for layout, crew supervision, equipment operation, and ensuring safety and productivity on-site. This role requires a strong understanding of site plans, grading, and construction best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a crew on civil construction projects, with a focus on curb installation and earthwork.
  • Interpret and execute site plans and grade specifications accurately.
  • Operate and supervise the use of heavy equipment.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient job site in compliance with OSHA standards.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and office staff.
  • Track labor hours, materials, and equipment usage for reporting and cost control.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or earthwork (curb experience highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership and crew management skills.
  • Proficiency in reading site plans and setting grades.
  • Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
  • OSHA certification strongly preferred.
