We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Construction Foreman who knows their earthwork from their elbow and can lead a crew with confidence, grit, and a good sense of humor. If you’ve got the skills, the leadership chops, and a passion for building things that last — we want you on the team!
What You’ll Be Rockin’:
  1. Leading a crew like a champ on curb and earthwork projects
  2. Turning site plans into reality (and making it look easy)
  3. Operating heavy equipment like it’s an extension of yourself
  4. Keeping the job site safe, productive, and OSHA-approved
  5. Communicating like a pro with PMs, subs, and office folks
  6. Tracking hours, materials, and equipment like a construction pro
What You Bring to the Table:
  1. 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or earthwork (bonus points for curb work!)
  2. Leadership skills that make people want to follow your lead
  3. A sharp eye for grades and a brain that loves blueprints
  4. A valid driver’s license (CDL = gold star)
  5. OSHA certification? Even better.
