Office / Home HYBRID there will be times to come into the office, but it is infrequent; will likely be traveling from home to field/work sites most days.
40 hrs/wk, weekend overtime possible.
Duration: 1 year plus assignment
Job Description: Responsible for providing daily oversight and site visits for multiple Electric Utility Construction projects supporting Transmission, Substation, or Distribution projects in and around the Delmarva North and Bay Regions.
Have a working knowledge and familiarity of Electric Utility construction, maintenance and safety. Experience having come from Journeyman Lineman / Electrician knowledge is ideal.
Daily travel. Work related mileage reimbursed.
FR Clothing required, Boots, Eyewear, Pants, Shirts, Safety Hat .
Available weekends should the need arise.
Computer proficiency.

Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects.
Coordinating with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Managing construction progress and quality to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
Procuring materials, equipment, and services for projects.
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
Preparing project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
Conducting site meetings and inspections.
Collaborating with project managers and senior management to address project risks and issues.
Managing project budgets, costs, and resources.
