About the Role: The Electrical Construction Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in supporting the management and execution of construction projects that not only meet client expectations but also drive profitability and foster long-term relationships. We employ Integrated Lean Project Delivery methods and offer robust pre-construction services, in-house pre-fabrication capabilities, and Building Information Modeling (BIM). This position requires some travel within assigned project areas, including Dacono, Denver, Longmont, Loveland, Highlands Ranch, Henderson, and Fort Collins. While there may not be immediate openings, your application will be considered for future vacancies. Essential Functions Assist the Project Manager in a variety of service management tasks. Proactively identify and develop effective solutions for potential project issues. Carefully review bid specifications and drawings. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction. Ensure timely delivery of projects. Participate in networking events and travel as required to conferences and job sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Coordinate efforts with crews, superintendents, and internal departments. Implement and adhere to safety procedures and policies. Prepare look-ahead documents and regular progress reports. Create construction schedules using Microsoft Projects and/or Primavera. Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance. Fulfill other duties as assigned. Perform essential functions from a designated office or field location. Comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy. About You: Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as an Estimator or Project Engineer in the electrical construction sector. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant education and experience may substitute for a degree. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficient in MS Excel and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and organizational capabilities. Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills. OSHA certifications are a plus. What We Offer: Salary: $85,000-$105,000 / year, commensurate with experience, paid weekly.
