We have been retained by a confidential electrical contractor client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Project Executive in Columbus, Ohio . Compensation & Benefits

Duties & Responsibilities

Full P&L responsibility

Monitor project budgets, work codes, cash flow, and forecasting

Oversee and support project managers, superintendents, and field teams

Ensure all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers

Oversee quality control and compliance throughout project life cycle

Travel to project sites as needed

Qualifications

Strong job stability (no more than 3 employers in the last 10 years)

5–10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or higher for a medium to large electrical subcontractor

Proven leadership and operational success at the executive level

Strong financial and analytical skills related to construction project P&L

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts

Experience in large commercial, industrial, and data center  electrical projects

Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, billing, change orders, and job costing

Must pass background check and have a clean driving record Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred but Not Required

Journeyman License or related degree
