Location: This position will ideally be based in Plover, WI. Essential Functions: Prepare detailed construction schedules for projects. Submit Requests for Information (RFIs) to clients promptly. Manage daily activities and workflow of assigned projects. Serve as the primary point-of-contact for project personnel. Coordinate project meetings, provide schedule updates, submit deliverables, and address client inquiries. Generate look-ahead documents, progress reports, and billing information on a weekly and monthly basis. Monitor job costs against budgets and report findings to the management team. Create comprehensive cost estimates (labor and material) for transmission and distribution projects by deadlines. Conduct field evaluations for accurate estimate preparation. Engage in the estimate review process with internal and external stakeholders. Prepare bills of material for purchasing needs. Schedule and participate in field walk-downs with clients, subcontractors, and construction teams to assess constructability. Ensure all project documents are accurate and consistent. Assist with the preparation and submission of change orders. Collaborate closely with project management throughout the project lifecycle. Support construction teams in tracking project costs and understanding estimates. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned. Essential functions will be performed in a Company-designated office or field location. Comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and relevant professional standards. About You: Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years in project management and estimating within the electrical industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Proficient in interpreting specifications, proposals, and documentation to create time/cost/labor estimates. Familiar with the National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) and local regulations. Ability to read and understand various plans and specifications, including civil and architectural documents. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with estimating software such as Accubid or equivalent. Ability to develop construction schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera. Excellent in analytical, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Collaborative team player with a capacity to work effectively with diverse partners. Self-motivated and capable of maintaining focus on tasks over extended periods. What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $77,300 - $115,700/year, commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Salary ranges are made in good faith and subject to adjustment based on candidate qualifications.
