Position Overview

This role focuses on data center projects, where you'll manage all phases of electrical workfrom design-build and design-assist through to project completion. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver innovative solutions within commercial and industrial settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of electrical projects, including:
  • Project Acquisition: Layout/design (AutoCAD), bidding, cost analysis, value engineering, and procurement.
  • Preconstruction: Team development, scheduling, and prefabrication planning.
  • Construction: Change management, issue resolution, cost projections, and client relationships.
  • Closeout: Final documentation, owner training, contract reconciliation, and billing.

Manage large-scale electrical projects, focusing on power distribution, mission-critical power, lighting systems, and more.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Building Construction, or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 5+ years managing electrical engineering or construction projects with a focus on electrical systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical contracting, engineering, and installation for data centers or similar facilities.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, exceptional written and verbal communication, and expertise in industry software (e.g., AutoCAD).
  • Valid U.S. work authorization (citizenship or permanent residency required).

  • Location: Fayetteville, GA 30214
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, core hours ~ 9 AM4 PM (flexible start time between 79 AM).
  • Compensation: ~ +/- $39$60/hr | ~ $80k--$125k/yr (Negotiable, DOE)
