Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:- Perform general construction labor tasks on residential job sites, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up- Assist with excavation activities, trenching, and backfilling under the guidance of experienced crew members- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively- Load and unload materials and equipment as required- Support equipment operators and foremen in day-to-day site activities- Follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to complete tasks efficiently- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area- Take direction and training with a positive attitude and willingness to learn- Must have the ability to get chauffeur's license (not required at start)

Qualifications:- 1 year of construction experience preferred, especially with excavation, but not required-willing to train the right candidates!- Interest in or experience with excavation work is a plus- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in various weather conditions- Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to work as part of a team- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools- Ability to take direction and work safely at all times- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
