The Successful Applicant Strong interest in commercial construction Willing to assist Superintendents on commercial construction projects Construction degree No prior experience required, but would be preferred Maintains a good relationship with clients, architects, and design teams Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality Very organized with a systematic approach to tasks to achieve accuracy and efficiency Must be professionally and technically competent Analytical with the ability to examine issues from multiple viewpoints Must work easily with others What's on Offer $40,000 - 50,000 base salary Bonus structure offered Standard allowances Inclusive Benefits - Health, Dental, Vision, Medical, etc. PTO 401K eligable after 1 year of employment
