W hat You'll Do I n this role, you'll be the connective tissue between design, production, and trade teams-coordinating pre-construction activities, maintaining data accuracy, and managing estimating systems that directly impact our project success. You will: D evelop accurate scopes of work and detailed estimates using our CRM platform (CoConstruct), adapting project templates based on architectural plans and team input. C oordinate site walkthroughs with trades, designers, and project managers to support precise pricing and scoping. C ompile and distribute bid packages to subcontractors; collect and enter trade bids, vendor pricing, and labor estimates into CoConstruct. T rack material costs, fixture selections, and procurement lead times to maintain accurate and current project specifications. M aintain and update specifications and estimates throughout the design development process. C reate and manage project schedules and procurement timelines. A ssist with change orders, budget reviews, and cost-tracking for ongoing project refinement. W ork closely with leadership to streamline and optimize company systems, ensuring repeatable, high-performance operational standards.
W hat You Bring S olid understanding of construction project lifecycles, estimating processes, and residential remodeling F amiliarity with reading architectural and construction plans and specifications W orking knowledge of CRM platforms (CoConstruct preferred), MS Excel, Word, and project scheduling tools E xceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple estimating packages simultaneously S trong written and verbal communication skills, capable of interfacing with internal and external stakeholders professionally A nalytical thinking and attention to detail, ensuring precision in budgets, specifications, and data tracking A bility to synthesize and manage complex information with minimal supervision C apable of adjusting priorities based on changing project timelines and scopes A ble to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams
