Job Description

The Estimator will be responsible for:

• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and blueprints.
• Source and obtain subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Analyze bids to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Develop and maintain cost databases and historical pricing records.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities affecting costs.
• Prepare detailed bid proposals and tender submissions.
• Track and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle.
