Position Summary: We're looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team in Tempe. This full-time, in-office role supports commercial construction projects with a focus on exterior cladding and building envelope systems. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to read technical drawings, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: Analyze architectural and structural drawings to create accurate estimates Review project specifications and scope Use Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and markups Prepare detailed proposals using Microsoft Word and Excel Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Manage time efficiently to meet bid deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in construction estimating Proficiency with Bluebeam software Strong understanding of architectural and structural plans Competency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and organizational skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required) What We Offer: Competitive wages Healthcare benefits 401(k) retirement plan
