*Duties and Responsibilities*

* Build and repair interior and exterior walls using concrete * Complete jobs accurately based on contract requirements * Set up and execute formwork for pouring concrete * Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to meet project specifications * Use masonry and construction tools such as mixers, saws, trowels, and levels * Ensure work meets all safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements * Operate hydraulic equipment and excavators as needed * Perform job site setup and site work * Support, train, and lead crew members on site * Communicate effectively with team members and customers

*Requirements*

* Experience in leading, supporting, and training crew members * Ability to complete jobs within the allotted time frame (at times working late) * *Experience in concrete slab flatwork, concrete pouring, and foundation wall construction is a must!* * Skilled with masonry tools and hydraulic equipment * Strong understanding of construction materials and building techniques * Ability to read blueprints and work from technical plans * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Able to pass a background check * Physically able to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials * Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions * High school diploma or equivalent * Masonry or construction certifications are a plus * Strong customer service and communication skills
