At Premier Outdoor Installations , we install world-class playgrounds and shade structures across Texas. From neighborhood parks to school districts, we’re shaping outdoor spaces that matter. We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented team member who’s ready to grow with us.

No experience? No problem. If you have the right mindset, we’ll train you. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly Responsibilities: Load, unload, and transfer tools and building materials such as lumber, tile, saws, sheetrock, grout, etc.

Meet safety regulations and OSHA requirements by removing debris and hazardous materials to keep the job site safe and clean

Comply with all instructions given by the construction manager, and work with other team members to complete construction projects accurately

Build temporary structures such as signs, cones, barricades, ramps, and other devices to control traffic around the construction site and tear down old structures

Run hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as survey equipment, jackhammers, and forklifts as required

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred

Solid mechanical skills are needed, as are good eye-hand coordination and depth perception

Certification required: OSHA 10

Both physical stamina and physical strength are essential

Carry a valid driver's license
