Requirements & Responsibilities:

* At least three years of verifiable painting experience. * Crews of two or more skilled painters * Proven experience in interior and exterior residential painting; basic carpentry skills are a plus * Registered business with Insurance * Ownership of necessary tools and equipment (e.g., ladders, sprayers, pressure washers) * Strong communication skills and proficiency in English * Ability to complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional manner * Someone who also cares about maintaining a clean ad organized workspace * Detail-oriented and deadline-driven * Committed to excellent customer service
